Changes and returns
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your product or find that your order arrived in poor condition, we make it easy to return it. In order to make a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- The order must be returned within a maximum of 5 business days after delivery.
- It must be in the same condition in which you received it. We suggest you provide evidence of the conditions of your order with any support you believe can justify the cause of your return.
- Products must be in their original box or packaging.
If the product or products meet all the above specifications, you can make the return by following the steps below:
- Send an email to contactoapache@gmail.com with your order details and list the reasons why you require a return. We will confirm if your particular case is eligible for a return and detail the steps to follow.
- Pack your order in its original box.
- We will send you a shipping label, which you must print and stick on the package. Subsequently, you must deliver the package to the corresponding parcel company.
As soon as the package is received in our warehouse and your return conditions are confirmed, we can proceed with the refund of your order.
REFUNDS
If all the conditions and steps mentioned above are met, APACHE TRIBU will refund the amount paid. The method used to make the refund depends on the payment originally chosen by the customer:
- Online credit/debit card: will be refunded to the same card.
- PayPal: will be refunded to the account from which the payment was issued.
- Bank transfer: will be refunded by bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was received. We will need to confirm your bank details. If the account indicated by the customer does not match the one that issued the original payment, the refund cannot be processed.
The customer will be refunded the cost of the product, minus the shipping costs of the first shipment, which will be covered by the customer. Apache Tribu will cover the return shipping costs.
In the event that the product sent was defective or an incorrect order, Apache Tribu will also refund the costs of the first shipment. These defects will have to be confirmed by the Apache Tribu team once the product is received in the warehouse.
SIZE CHANGES
If you need to make a size change, it is an essential requirement to cover the shipping guide to make the product replacement. Likewise, the item or items to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:

If the product or products meet all the above specifications, we can make the requested size change.
EXCEPTIONAL CASES
Partial or total changes or returns of products that are in poor condition due to a cause attributable to the customer are not accepted.
No change or return will be made once the stipulated time of 5 business days after the delivery of the order has passed.
